Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Today is Peanut Butter Lovers' Day! Since you are here, you must be a part of the club. Let's celebrate by making some protein balls to snack on. These little bites will satiate your sweet craving, and give you a boost.

These peanut butter protein balls are super easy: no baking and you can pretty much put whatever you want in them. I collected what I thought would be my ultimate snack. These won't last long...

In my peanut butter protein balls recipe, I put a pea protein powder. I also added maca powder which is great for balancing hormones, hair and skin health, and it gives you an energy boost similar to caffeine.

Is there any better match for peanut butter than chocolate? Nope! So, I chopped up a dark chocolate bar to add. (In Europe, unfortunately, it is hard to come by chocolate chips.) Coconut flakes add another subtle flavor, and roasted peanuts add a crunch.
