Time to share my favorite snack that doesn't make me feel guilty! Kale is a super food that can be turned into a delicious, crunchy chip you can serve with a sandwich, soup, or just have on its own. It's super easy when you are looking for a healthy, salty, bite to eat.

I keep mine simple with salt and pepper, but feel free to add your favorite flavor. I recommend garlic powder, paprika or chili flakes. Spice it up!

The amount of olive oil will depend on how much kale you have. Start with a light drizzle and stir it in well. The kale leaves should have a slight sheen. No need to drench them.
The kale leaves lose a lot of their bulk when toasted. They should be light, crispy, and slightly browned.

Serving suggestion: gluten-free cracker with hummus and green olives.

What is your favorite, healthy snack? I'm always looking for more ideas!
